that if you are hungry beweetn meals, you aren't eating enough. Or that you over did the veggie portion.He recommends 20grams of protein, at least, per meal. I try for a ratio of 2 grams protein, 4 grams slow carbs, and any amount of veggie grams.When I do this, I'm not hungry beweetn meals, and if I'm late for meal, like if a meeting holds me over, I don't collapse. I just feel hungry , but that I've got plenty of time to satisfy it.On late night meals. A protein heavy meal an hour before bed is recommended, especially if you've excercised. A protein shake works. But only if hungry, or if worked out.I'd recommend snagging the book.
